Testable Minds, Get Paid for Participating on Research Studies

Before reading I wanna tell you, you must be to 18+ to work on Testable Minds.

What is Testable Minds? 

Testable Minds is the platform used by the world's leading universities to conduct studies online, Researchers recruit participants ( like you ) for their psychological and behavioral experiments, in short, you get paid to participate on research studies online on Testable Minds.

Who can join Testable Minds?

Anyone who is 18 years old and above.

How much can I earn on Testable Minds? 

It depends, if you are a verified user you will get more studies to participate in since some researchers only allow verified profiles.

You can expect to earn between $1 to $15 per study. 

How to work on Testable Minds? 

Based on your profile, you get the notifications as soon as there are new studies available for you to participate in, but they get filled pretty quickly and you might not get a chance to participate in, yes there is a limit on how many people can join, some studies take 20 people while some studies take 100. 

After completing the study, it is sent to the researcher for approval, you should not worry about being rejected as it's almost close to null, but keep in mind that you provide honest feedback as it is for research purpose.

What's the minimum threshold in Testable Minds? 

For verified profiles it's $10 For the first time only, after your first withdrawal of $10, there's no minimum threshold, which means you will be able to withdraw even $1 afterward.

For unverified profiles, it is $20.

How to withdraw money from Testable Minds? 

Testable Minds has two payment methods: 

1. Paypal

2. Revolut 

Testable Minds has a transaction fee for PayPal, to withdraw $10 transaction fees is $1, as the amount to be withdrawn goes higher, the transaction fees decreases, compared to the fees which is $1 for $10 withdraw, transcription fees comes around $1.8 to withdraw $30, so it's highly advisable to go for biggest withdraws.

Testable Minds does not charge fees for Revolut, If you are from a UN Union country, you should definitely use Revolut.

Note* You can earn as much as you want but, Testable Minds does not allow to withdraw more than $50 in a month, in such cases you can always withdraw the remaining amount in the next month.

Tips while working on Testable Minds

Many of the users have complained that the notification doesn't work and it's broken and because of that studies come and go without you even knowing.

How to fix Notifications on Testable Minds ?

in order to overcome this problem, you should follow  Tip no.1 

Which is Download & install an Auto  -Refresh tool which works as a notification, it monitors the background pages and as soon as something changes there it notifies you right away. 

Tip no.2

Verify your profile, since most of the researchers prefer and allow only verified profiles, it's highly recommended that you verify your profile to be able to participate in all studies.

How to register and Verify profile on Testable Minds? 

 It's pretty easy to register and verify, follow along with me. 

1. First to go Testable Minds and click on the "create an account" button.

2. Fill the registration form, see image below 

note* you can't submit button before verifying your number, verify your number, scroll down, check all 3 boxes and then click on submit button.

3. After signing up,  go to your email to activate your profile.

4. After activating, you will be asked to choose a password and verify your identity, it's not mandatory but verified profiles get more studies to participate in.

You can choose to skip identity verification by pressing the  X button or click on VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY button to verify. 

To verify your identity, you need to upload any of the documents you have, eg: driving license, passport, government ID, etc.

It usually takes 2-3 hours to be verified, you can meanwhile participate in studies or read the FAQ.
